Well the other thread seems to have pretty much died out. that being said, anyone in southern nevada interested in goin shooting within the next month or so??? im located in henderson, and i plan on bringin out an ak47, MN 38, and a shotgun. any takers???

yeah...im pretty broke at the moment, and just started workin on the 2nd. but if i have gas money im ready any time, still got plenty of ammo. at least enough to have fun.

ive been to a spot in nelson that is pretty good, youll need a truck to get to it. is anyone interested in meeting up before the shoot? just seems like a better idea to meet all of you before we have guns, to decide if we'd actually want to shoot with one another...just my opinion.

It's all good, but getting everyone to meet up once before the shoot might be a let down. Its hard to get people together for a shoot as it is. I myself am a single 26 yr old and without a family here I have alot more free time on my hands than some of the other members on this board.

As far as needing a truck to get there....Will my Ford Expedition make it? Its a 4x4 but sits kinda low to the ground?

Is this place a good safe place for Tannerite??

i dont know... may not be the best idea. the tannerite that is. im willing to chance it. but id keep a healthy supply of water handy as well. and as far as a pre-shoot meet goes. im 22, and have all of the time in the world. and frankly if people arent willing to put forth an effort to make a pre shoot meet, then i dont think ill put much behind them making the actual shoot. hell, i only need 1 person to go with me. but a group would be more fun. i live in henerson...near eastern exit on the 215. work near the charlston exit of the 95. and i work all over town. im willing to meet people somewhere at some point. and like i mentioned, if you cant seem to make a pre-shoot meet then i doubt youll make the actual shoot. as far as your ride goes, it would probably be fine. but if you dont want to risk it you can ride with me. i know my truck will make it.

its all good, Tannerite is a non-flamable explosion. If its not too rough Im sure my truck will make it out there. We can meet up but Ive been busy moving and setting up the new house...I have to travel on business all next week as well. But we'll get her done sooner or later

I don't know if this post is still alive or not, but I live on the west side of town (215 and Flamingo). I would join you guys if I could make it. If thhis shooting group works out and you have shooting dates set up later on, I would like to go with you guys. I have another firend who would probably come too. I have a Mossberg 500, a Stevens .22, and a Mosin-Nagant M-44. If you guys need another body in the group, drop me a line. I'd love to go when time and money permits.
