1860 army twist rate?

Does anyone know off hand the twist rate for an 1860 Army, specifically Uberti? I was wondering if 255gr. bullets out of a .45 Colt will stabilize. I bought an R&D conversion cylinder and just wanted to know what kind of accuracy to expect. If anyone has one of these conversions, just how high is the point of impact? A heavier bullet usually shoots higher because the gun recoils more and if the gun shoots 8" high with a 148gr. ball, how high would the .45 Colt shoot?
