Using mixed parts?

Would you reccomend using a spare cylinder and nipples made by Pietta in a Uberti?

Nipples should work ok.

The cylinder won't fit due to slight dimensional differences between Pietta & Uberti.

Hmmm.... now back to hunting for a spare Uberti cylinder.
