been looking for a 1911 for awhile,my brother told me about this taurus about 4 mos ago. never looked at one until after shooting one day my local shooting range. loved the way it felt, and everything ide read about it was good.the only problem was availability. I know there are probably alot of opionions on this gun , but i like it, so i bought one,but the one i bought came with the crimson trace laser grip, which im going to sell pretty reasonable. i cant quite remember what retail was on it. but it will be well under that "brand new" i wont even use it once, ha
let me know what you think, it will be about
6 wks before its for sale.

Congrats on the new purchase! From what others have wrote about this gun, youll be a happy camper, but 6 weeks will seem like, 6 months:D When you get a chance to get back to Michigan, bring it with you, so I can try it out:)

I sell the blued version of the Taurus PT 1911 for $449.88 everyday;
we haven't seen the stainless version yet, and we do expect a price
increase coming sometime in February of '07~!:eek: :uhoh: ;)
The "Homeland Defender" Taurus PT 1911 cost extra, because of
the Crimson Trace Laser Grips. It sells for $749.88.
