None. Fox. Then NONE.

There is only ONE way to get CLOSE to the truth. That is to read MANY news sources, check up on the facts they give, their credibility, and make a sound decision YOURSELF! Sorry, no silver bullets.

Every news org has a slant. I try to read from as many sources as possible...FOX, CNN, etc.

I'm another watcher/reader of everything. I like FoxNews, but even they do put their own spin on evertything. I also watch CBS Evening News, CNN and 60 Minutes. Nice to see what the opposition is sayings.

I'm even reading The Clinton Wars by Sidney Blumenthal. He absolutely loves the Clinton and blames the "radical republican right" and the "christian right" for everything that happened to Clinton. Some of the things he says cause one to consider his mental health and drug addiction. No sane person could believe what he claims to believe.

I trust no source.

They all have warts and biases. They all have their own standards what is "news" which may or may not agree with my definition of "news."

When reading or watching a new story I always ask myself, "Were is the lie, fabrication, distortion, creation, prejudice, and duplicity?"

Agree with the multiple site check. Usually start with Fox (TV and online). Then Drudge, CNN, Wash Times, Wash Post, a London paper or two. They're all a little different. Sometimes the stuff on Drudge doesn't show up elsewhere for two or three days.

Well, I wouldn't say I trust it more, but I look at Drudge first.

Of the major news outlets, the least biased is by far the Wall Street Journal, in my opinion. And their online cousin, www.opinionjournal.com

They still screw up at times, but not often.

What about World Net Daily? They seem to be pretty good about stuff. They don't have it all but from what I've seen their better then most others.
What is the old saying "Don't believe anything you hear and only 1/2 of what you see." When it comes to the network, don't believe anything.

I like the AP but the more sources the better. It is like trying to pin down anything. The more angles and information you have the better decisions you can make.
Question everything.
Especially from the people you trust.

Nada. I listen to 'em all but then I make up my own mind and try to shove that down the throat of everyone within 1000 miles of me. Maybe farther with the marvelous thehighroad.org.
