Has anybody else ever noticed that Peter Jennings ( I think that is the news ancor I'm thinking of ) always calls the president MR. Bush instead of President Bush? Did he refer to Clinton the same way?

Maybe that's just one of the many reasons I don't watch Peter Jennings. :fire:

General I don't watch network news. On occasion I see it after the local news. So has anyone noticed what I mentioned in my original post?

Another reason my television keeps valuable shelf space in the garage from going to waste.

I watch network news because of the need to "know my enemy."

DEPORT JENNINGS NOW!

Check out my thread, just posted, on Jennings' liberal bias. Old news to us, but reported, of all things, by the mainstream media on his own network! :what:

I watch the local news (NBC) at 6 p.m. until the weather. I`m not that interested in whose barn burned down otherwise. :neener: Then it`s over to satellite and Brit Hume on Fox. Who`s Peter Jennings and why does anyone watch him?:barf:

Peter is from Canada, so I guess he can say "Mr Bush", he needs to go back or better yet get chased back to Canada.

I quit watching Jennings after his tirade against the American people when we voted out over 50 House Democrats back in the '90s. He compared the voters to a bunch of toddlers throwing a temper tantrum.

Certainly he's abandoned any pretense of journalistic objectivity and has taken to wearing his heart on his sleeve.

As for the "Mr. Bush" commentary . . . does anyone here know how Jennings referred to Clinton?

Anyway, he's a Canuck . . . I wish someone would check his green card. Wouldn't it be a hoot if it'd expired and he got deported? (Never happen, of course, but I can dream, can't I?)

Only programing I watch on ABC is Monday Night Football and I've still got until September before that comes on.
