I just bought a case of these Federal PowerShok 12ga slugs:
Federal PowerShok Rifled Slugs (http://www.natchezss.com/product.cfm?contentID=productDetail&prodID=FAF127RS)

These rifled slugs can be used in any 12ga shotgun, right? Rifled bore, smoothbore, any chokes, etc?

thanks!

Yes (within reason), although they will really lead up a rifled barrel.

I wouldn't put one through a turkey choke either.

I agree with zinj. They will work but it will lead up the barrel over time causing a problem later. I have a rifled slug barrel and use the new sabots from Hornady 12 GA SST SHOTGUN SLUG.

No, you can't shoot slugs through all shotguns. Some of the overbored barrels such as the Mossberg 835 and probably the 935, Maverick model 91, etc. warn specifically against shooting any kind of slug through them.
