We know it happens,but im glad to know this guy is being prosecuted.If the ordinary citizen isnt exempt neither is a LEO.

Yup. They do.
PRNJ courts regularly exempt their buds from obeying the same laws as us subjects.

I hope an example is set here even if it is New Jersey.When the people know LEO's get special treatment,things will only go steadily downhill for both sides.:barf:
