I posted a thread yesterday and was dead set on getting a .308 Been doing some reading and was wondering if a Rem 700 in 243 would work. The reason i am asking is i have one and it is completely stock. If this would work what kind of mods should be first on my list. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. By the way it was conserning long rang range shooting 600+ meters.
