Have a friend who has a CZ-52 he says its a 9mm but the info I have says 25 acp. Whats the deal with this? Any info would help. He needs magazines and is haveing a prob.

They can be converted to 9x19 but it isnt always a success.I prefer mine in 7.62x25.

First, make sure it's actually a CZ-52 and not a CZ-50, etc.

What problems is he having?

Standard CZ-52s are chambered in 7.62x25, not 25acp.

There is a barrel available that supposedly converts the CZ-52 into a 9 mm Luger. I have never heard of a .25 ACP CZ.
The CZ-83 is a 9*18 mm handgun.

Its either a CZ92 which is a little pocket DOA gun....its an updated CZ45 which was very popular in Europe long ago....
They are both chambered for 25 acp. If it is this gun....you can find Intratec Protector 25 acp mags around and will work in the gun very well.

If its a CZ52 thats been converted to 9mm the OEM CZ52 Tokerav mags will work just fine......I think.

Figure out which gun it is and go from there...

I havent seen the gun and dont really trust his description (not very knowledgeable). He says the mags wont feed. I will check it out in a day or 2 and ask you experts again. I know jack about CZ's.
