TSRA gunshow and meeting this weekend at Mesquite Rodeo and Convention Center in Mesquite. It's a good gun show. Friday night is the FONRA dinner. Hope you come out to the gun show if you are in the area.

I was thinking of going to that show. But, I've heard from more than one person that it is mostly a "collectors" show. Any truth to that?

If a guy is looking for VERY well used rifles or pistols, maybe for project guns or a rifle for the action only, is this the show for him?

I've never been to a TSRA show, so any info you can give will be helpful.

It's a medium big show, about like Bigtown. I usually find lots to look at, plus the TSRA folks are there, plus some book authors, free seminars going on.

You wouldn't happen to be a young person shooting air rifle at TCU would you? I'm the guy who taught Evan to shoot highpower.

Nope, ALMOST 40 but fighting it every day!! I'm a Thompson Center Contender fan, and a fan of the 7mmTCU cartridge - hence the name.

I'm more interested in the guns, parts, and accessories than seminars and such. But, you've peaked my interest. I was planning to skip the show, but I'll hit the TSRA website and reconsider.
