Insight H2X Typhoon Flashlight = Night-Ops Gladius?

Just saw a pic and specs of the Insight H2X.....looks the same as the BlackHawk! Night-Ops Gladius Illumination Tool with same Features as far as I can tell. Can anybody confirm that the Insight H2X is infact the same light as the Gladius but for 100 bucks less?
