This after a rash of robberies. I could not believe that I heard that this was a suggested proposal that NYPD is looking into. It seems as if they have finally admitted that the police cannot protect us.

Sure thing SW .... ''rivers of blood'' ....... eh! :) Vigilante's will reign! Usual sheeple response anyways.

Maybe people in law dept's will come to realize that the ''armed citizen'' is the best ''back up'' they'll ever be likely to get .... save em an awful lot of hassle. They gotta learn to trust ....
