Hi looking to get a silencer for my 10/22 but it needs to be on a class 3 form, is there anyway to tell which places have a class 3, or do i need to call all of them.

You should be able to find a PA MG dealer in an issue of Shotgun News or Gun List.
Small Arms Review also lists dealers by state a couple times a year.
You could buy a back issue with that feature in it.

You could also try this website www.davidspiwak.com. He's an MG dealer in Central PA.
