Hi Gang,

I have a Scherer extended mag for my GLOCK 45s, but it doesn't work at all. It's a 25 round capacity or so. Two questions:

1. Is this to be expected from Scherer - are they simply poor quality aftermarket mags?

2. If not, anyone know how to contact them? I tried to find contact info on line to no avail.

thanks

1 suggestion; Stay with Factory mags if you want reliability. Only exception is for 1911's where i had best results with Wilson Mags.

Unfortunately, GLOCK doesn't make 25 rounders in .45.

12 rounds of .45 aren't enough?

They're enough for 12 guys, but I often get attacked by the entire defensive lineup. Jeez, I want the stinkin extended mag to work, that's all :) If I didn't want it, I'd have stuck with my three or four 13-rounders.

Dude, it's more likely to be this shooter than the gun. You may be a GLOCK hater, but we'll turn you to the dark side.

I have Scherer +0 extensions on several Glock mags, both 9mm and .45, and they are fine. I try to stay away from extending capacity and especially the jumbo mags.
