Bayonet Lug for a Mossberg 500?

I've got a Mossberg 500 Cruiser for HD, which I really like. I'd like it a lot more if I could add a bayonet. I realize the bayonet lug comes on the 590... Is it possible to add to the 500?

If you have the short magazine version is possible to change the barrel with the use of these parts. You will still need magazine cap to install this.

I don’t think it will be strong enough to use for rough action. I recommend buy the 590 version if you just got to have a bayonet. I think Big 5 sporting good store for about 360$ in my area
