Ok you are walking in to a gun shop........ What types and Brands of shotguns do you expect to see

Around here, it's all Mossberg, all the time.
The three stores i went to yesterday in the process of buying my Mossberg 500 all had a dozen or more Mossbergs of the 18.5 and 20 inch variety, and only a handful of Remingtons, all at 26 inches or more.

You want a Mossberg with a barrel over 20 inches? Good luck.
You want a Remington with a barrel under 26 inches? Good luck.
Benelli? Don't bother.

I EXPECT to see a wide assortment of brands, actions, finishes, gauges and prices. I also expect there to be no pressure to sell me a $2000 gun when I'm looking for a $350 gun, as happened when I was shopping for my Baikal several years ago (before they became better known.)
