Hogue Rubber Grips + Solvent = ?

I just got a hogue rubber grip for a 1911 and I'm wondering if it can be damaged by break-free or hoppes or anything? I don't want to have to remove it everytime I clean the frame.

I haven't found anything that will damage them.
