I've been reading about the use of high pressure bases used with sabots to keep the sabot from blowing out when using 130 -150 gr pyrodex or triple 7 loads.
Is anyone here using them? Where can I find them?

They are called the Ballistic Bridge Sub-Base. I use to use them on my Savage 10ML muzzleloader using smokeless powder. They were good until I stopped using them only because I found the perfect load for my rifle, which didn't need them. You can actually improvize by cutting off the petals from your spare sabots and place them right under the bullet-sabot. But if you prefer in buying them, you can get them at Cabelas.
