It's just mexican carry with some extra hardware involved. The thought of doing that with a glock just gives me the willies. A good holster isn't just a place to put your gun, it is an important safety device.

Did you see the "Glock trigger block" ? It's a safety device that fits in behind the trigger.

My S&W Model 60 with a 3" barrel and a Clipdraw. I hook it on my pants and wear the belt over the top. It is handy and has worked well. No problems:)

I've worn one on a S&W 340PD (11 oz revolver), and it worked pretty well. Also tried one on my much heavier S&W 681, but the cylinder rubbed against the old hip bone too much without a protective holster.

Installed the clipdraw on the Taurus Millenium tonight. Went out a couple of times to run some errands. Seems to be working very nicely. It's a nice option to have. :)

I like the one I have but removed it because it was either that or a Crimson Trace grip. I went with the grip.

I had one on a revolver for awhile, and I was perfectly satisfied with it. I switched to an Uncle Mikes "sidekick" holster, and like that even better.

If you feel you need one of these I would suggest you don't carry a Glock.
The clipdraw seems like it would be something that would get in the way. I suggest you try it at the range. Strong/support hand shooting, reload drills, malfunction clearing, etc. before you put your full confidence in it.

I would be hesitant to use it on a heavy revolver myself, but for a lightweight auto it seems fine.. I guess we'll see what happens!

I have one on my Beretta 21a. It looks exactly like the first picture on the link you supplied. I like it.

Used to use a similar one on a Glock with several aftermarket trigger parts so that it was a continuous 7 pound pull. It was basically impossible to actuate the trigger enough to fire, even on purpose (as long as you wear a belt, which is a good idea anyway). The main problem was it shifted around a lot, and was a real pain to "reholster." Eventually made a holster and changed out all the trigger parts again to have a lighter takeup and better break.
