yeah don't buy it. its bright in the day but doesn't do anything at night. which i i know it doesn't say it does but wasn't as good as expected. i tell you what if you want to try it, you can have mine. i painted three dots on one gun and thats it. all the bottles are practically full. you pay shipping only the paint is free. i am in knoxville.

I've used it on an older .38 snubbie. Both front and rear sights were black, and it worked pretty good. I did an orange/green combination. I was not expecting it to glow in the dark though, so that was not a problem. It has held up for about 2 years now without a touch up. I also used the white paint to brighten up the stock sights on my XDs.

I've seen that product advertised, but never tried it. I simply went to a hobby shop and bought white Testors model paint. It's cheap for a tiny bottle. Has worked fine. I've also used fishing lure paint. Found it in the fishing department at Ganger Mountain. Comes in bright colors. Costs more and the bottle is much larger than model paint. No paint will glow in the dark on a tiny gun sight. Even factory night sights are not created equal regarding brightness.
