I’m wondering if anyone can help me……I need a stock for a 1950 Browning 20 gauge. This gun was made in Belgium. It currently has Japanese wood on it and I want to go back to the Belgium wood. The Belgium wood I’m referring to has a brown/yellowish tint to it, I think……can anyone help???
Thanks,
GC

Browning what? Superposed, Auto-5?
Are you sure the stock is Japanese, or is it just refinished? Anyway, if you want original wood you better start scouring the auction sites, that is the only place you are going to find it.

watch ebay. Seen some sets for sale there, bought a 1950s sweet 16g forend there, it was pricey though and it had that reddish hue your referring to.
