I'm not from Arizona nor do I play one who does, but I wish I did.

The complaints I hear are about the weather, mostly from folks in California, but I'll take the dry heat over liberal hot air any day. Supposedly places like Tucson are filled with liberals. I hear about how crowded and polluted Phoenix is, but I'm from LA, we invented smog. Kind of weird for me being in a city and actually seeing the mountains a few miles away. If you're from a dump like California it'll seem like heaven Why are you leaving New Hampshire?

Don't know about the working life out there. Wish I did :banghead:

I live in Phoenix. I have to say that as far as guns go you couldnt really ask for a better place to live. I open carry in Phoenix and never have any problems. If you have some kind of a college degree you can make a pretty decent living but if not the oppurtunities are just not as wide for a living wage. I would say please move here because we need the extra "good" people to move here to offset the idiot liberals from California.

I like it here in Arizona. There are great places to shoot. As far a living expense I would say they are very average. Not as high as Kali and not as low as Wyoming. In the summer it can really get bad. But you can’t beat it in the winter. As for the gun scene in the valley of the sun it is pretty good. Jobs, or the ability to get jobs, if you have any kind of construction skills you can make money here. I have a degree in Landscape Architecture but I don’t work in that field at all, I make custom furniture. Lots of good things about living here and some bad, 75-25. Plus golf, golf, golf, golf and more golf.

I've been in phoenix 14 years and all of the above is true, lots of golf, open carry is not a problem there are jobs here,if you get a class A or B CDL you can make good money driving a truck.I love the weather, crime does not seem that bad in most areas of the valley but there're problem spots.

I don't mind it too bad here.

Could make more working in Phoenix, but I would spend more to live there. I know one guy who drives back and forth for work, rents something down here, goes back for the long weekend to Phoenix.

A little hot some of the time, but nice winters.

Sure the summer days are hot (it's already 105), but the summer nights are great, the average high in January is 70 degrees, and you never have to shovel the heat.
