Any suggestions for 30-30 varmint loads that will cycle thru gun. Will Speers 110 JHP (for 30 carbine) work?

I use Accurate Arms powder exclusively, and they have quite a few load recommendations on their site. Look under rifle data, then standard data. They show loads for 100, 110, and 125 grain bullets. I hope this helps.

Yes! (assuming we are talking about the flat JHP ones...)

I loaded up a batch of those with 37.5 gr of IMR 4350, it seemed to be a fairly accurate load, and it doesn't have much recoil at all...

I would look for a lever rifle chambered in .32-20 WCF for small critters.
