We all agree being polictically active is good. Does any one out there have a war chest or war folder that includes items such as the names, addresses, phone#s, e-mail addys of your elected officals dept heads ect. to help simplify your response time/effort:"? I am working on one for myself and would like to hear any "tricks of the trade" so to speak. I've thought of several time savers but would like to hear yours. Also thoughts on what should should/not be included ect.
Thanks in Advance

If you have a computer and a word processor, save a letter template for each of your Senators/Rep with your address, their address, greeting, and closing. Each time you want to write one, open his/her template, save it with a new title, type in what you want to say, print and mail. Saves you from having to keep paper copies too.
