I've been watching them, they seem to go for around $60.

I've looked at them in a shop. They seem to do best in regular daylight. Any shade or dimness radically drops their visibility.

Do they make TFO's for Colt 1911's?

I have them on all of my Glocks and love them. Very high visibility day and night. The best of both worlds.

But I've seen those (the ones on Ebay) in a shop and for daylight - they're fine. Nothing wrong with them. I don't love the design.... but that's because I've gotten used to my TFO's.
