I know there are a lot of threads about this gun, but it takes forever to sift thru. I found a 2-barrel set for sale, 101 Trap, 34" single full and 32" o/u full/imp. mod. Around $1,300. I have started shooting trap and love it, shooting with my 870TB. I like the idea of adding an o/u for doubles.
At 85%, is the above a reasonable deal? Do 101s hold up well with 5-10k rounds per year? There seems to be a knock against the 101 regarding recoil. At the same weight, it can't recoil any harder than my 870TB, can it?
