Does anyone have any experiece with the CED " BIG BOARD " display operating wireless ? We are considering one for our IDPA club and I would like some input from people who have used one.

The CED timers work good to about 30yds. You can program them with different codes (up to 9999) so you don't get a signal from another bay. The RU Ready Speed-Timer 3000 will work out to about 50yds.

+1 to what Mr. Morris said. We have used them at some of our matches and the shooters really liked it. We used it with the CED 7000's.

We have one that is a convenience and something for the bystanders to watch. The little pocket size repeater for the scorekeeper is very handy.

The similar looking RU Ready billboard display we had was not durable, it did not last long from new and not even that long after repair by the company. I hope the CEDs last better.

After the feedback here and on another forum, we are looking more at the little pager sized repeaters rather than the BIG BOARD type. Thanks for your help.
