DVC Labs - Oleg Connection?

Just noticed, clicking through on Skunkabilly's signature, that DVC Labs has a really cool picture posted showing a bullet fragmenting and expanding the gelatin... however, clicking the photo takes you to Oleg's site.

So... my question: what's the connection? Are DVC labs just Oleg fans, or what?

If I remember correctly DVC-labs is run by "Carbon 15" a TFL and THR member.
