Try The sportsman's guide online catalog. They claim to have unissued stocks with handguard for $250 and without for $150, but they don't specify if this one is new or not. I have a catalog at home but if you just google the name, you'll find it. Good Luck

For the Boyd stocks, you still need all the metal bits. (In case you're restoring a sporterized 1903)

Numrich usally will have all the parts you need to convert your sporterized 1903 back to its original condition.
