Time to Buy This Year's Hunting License

I took the boys (two shelties) out this morning in beautiful brown and grey Ohio and it was warm and windy. Crows were cawing, geese were flying with the wind at I would extimate about 60mph. Birds were singing. It is supposed to get into the fifties later this week. I am going to go get my 2007 hunting license, load up 10 or so 110gr v-Max for my .308, and go groundhog hunting. If it gets warm for a day or two they will be out.:D

Glad I never have to worry about buying hunting license anymore. Bought the lifetime license back in 1987 and I don't regret it a bit. I just watch the mail for the tags each year. Enjoy your hunting.

Wish we had groundhogs here in Wa State . . . there are a few rockchucks, but the rascals are getting pretty scarce & I need a few hides & tails to support my fly-tying habit.
