Dry fire a lot, start reloading (you'll shoot more) and go shooting with someone that's a good shooter

Pull your pants down so your underwear shows, turn your hat and your glock sideways and you'll hit every time.

The best advice I ever got was to practice consistent sight picture and sight picture recovery while dry fire and at the range.

Don`t practice until you do it right......practice until you CAN`T DO IT WRONG !!!!
Best I can say...though it goes for all situations :D
