I received this notice from Citizens of America regarding the usual
flurry of activity in the land of fruits and nuts. Please take a moment to check it out. As requested, I wrote to every one of the posted e-mails. Hopefully it helps.

GUN BY GUN, DEMOCRATS REMOVING YOUR RIGHTS

Having passed a law banning all “evil-looking” semi-automatic
rifles, the Democrat-controlled California senate is poised to vote
on a law banning .50 caliber rifles.

YOU SHOULD CARE! If it’s passed, Democrats in your state will
be inspired to do the same, then start working on the NEXT class
of “evil” firearms.

SO -- NO MATTER WHAT STATE YOU LIVE IN, take a few
seconds to send the senators an email message. While email is the
worst way to register your opinion with a politician, time is
running out, so it’s worth a few seconds.

JUST TWO STEPS

In the SUBJECT LINE of your email, write a short message like
“NO ban on 50 Cals!” or
“NO! to 50 cal rifle ban” or
“NO MORE $ to ANTI-GUN DEMS”

--Or something similar. A subject line message makes it easy to
tally your message.

Cut and paste the edresses of the senators (below) into your email
program’s email address line and send the message to all of them
simultaneously:

There are still provisions in the bill to make possesion of .50 bmg ammo a crime. Even though the .50 bmg's will be grandfathered the current owners will be screwed because they'll have expensive boat anchors.
