45 aguila 230gr. fmj good or bad

would like to know from you all if aguila 45 230 fmj is good or bad ammo would like to know if you have experienced this ammo please

Welcome to THR, Coronel. I've shot a couple of boxes through my 1911. I was plinking more or less, not really shooting for accuracy. I'd say it's as good as UMC or WWB, from my initial impressions. I've since bought a few more boxes, and hopefully will get to shoot some Monday, if the weather cooperates.

I've shot Aguila ammo, including 45 FMJ, for a number of years. Good stuff.

Not really on point, but I use the Aguila .22 SSS almost weekly to shoot varmits around the house. I had three failures to fire in 250. I took it out of my little SAA pocket and replaced them with CCI.

I've used a lot of Aquila 9mm ball, and always thought it was fine. Good prices on it, too.

Seems to me that .45 ball would be good too. I'd have no problems at all buying a thousand rounds or so based on what I know. I sure would trust it as range ammo.

For a defense load, though I'd be willing to pay more.
