Anyone got any advice on which one to buy. Leica 1200 or Swarovski laser guide? The price from my local dealer, only 30 pounds between them.

I have the previous model Leica 800/900 (?) and like it very much. Have no first hand experience with Swarovski range finder.
Good shooting and be safe.

Maybe this LRF Report (http://www.6mmbr.com/rangefinders.html) will help.

Thanks very much for that review Mute, was very informative. Tomorrow i am going to see both of them at my local gunshop, i am leaning towards the Swarovski but i am a little disappointed with the size of the reticle,it seems way too big, I was thinking it might be too big to get a good range on a small target, but it does range further and possibly a little more reliable.

Went to my gunshop and compared the leica crf and swarovski side by side, the swarovski optics appear a good bit clearer and brighter,(it should be, it says in the handbook it is the same optics as the SLC range of binoculars) and also a larger field of view, the leica is so small it is hard to hold steady. I bought the Swarovski and i'm delighted.
