I have just purchased this gun and would like to know others opinons of it. I like it so far and cannot argue with 13 rounds of .45. They have done some ergonomic work (rumor is for the contract for the new military handgun that we seem to hear so much about, but I have not anything concrete on). It is sliimer, better grip angle and ambidextrous safety. Do not have enough rounds through it to form an opinion vs. the HK .45.
P.S. Thanks to all who recommended the HK .45 - what an accurate beast.... I am loaded with Hornady TAP 230 and the recoil is negligible.

The G21 SF was their proposal for the now cancelled JCP. It is not currently in consideration for procurement (same deal with the other various .45 caliber pistols HK, Sig, Taurus, etc submitted).
SOCOM is working on revised requirements for a new pistol for the special operations community, but rumors don't seem to favor .45 caliber whenever they release the new request for proposal.

Please post pictures of the Glock 21SF.
Also, how much are they going for?

Well, I went to the gunstore today and scoped one out. I was all excited and going to buy one. Sadly disappointed, it is a subtle difference at best. I went and got the G38 instead. I really hope they bring out a 36T or fullsize 36 singlestack like was talked about earlier in a post by John Farnam. Oh well, I did like the aggressive looking picatinny rail though.

The Shot Show 2007 sites all over the wbe have the pictures of this gun. As for those who asked about price, I am guessing in low 600's for as long as they can milk it and then less. I paid less as I have a friend in the biz.

It is "slimmer" - slightly. It has has the same crappy grip angle and an ambi-mag release.
You sure you own one of these?

Corrected by a post....the mag release is ambidextrous not the safety.

We have one in stock. I played around with it today and I like the "real" rail and the newer (3mm thinner) grip. The Ambi mag release was something I wasn't sure I would like but it was very well thought out.
