Seriously, that's gotta be some STRONG nylon to hold a grown man.. and if you aim wrong the (brass! :eek: ) weights around the net could hit and hurt... and if a perp struggles enough there's the chance of choking or cutting off circulation... and if hand cuffing is so dangerous, imagine digging a pissed off perp out of a NET.



Neat enough idea. I'd use it to hunt seagulls :p

I got a chuckle out of seeing it. The video demonstrates shooting above the subject/target's head or forward in the direction it is moving to. As with any non-lethat the object is to stun and distract. It would be easier to have an officer tackle a netted up subject , sit/mount him and work from there as to a face to face situation. Well that's my call at least.

I was wincing when I saw the 'criminal' pointing a weapon at the cop and the cop had his hands full of this contraption...best I'd do is throw the whole thing at him to distract him so I could draw and fire...
