As few as there might be in my area(northreast MA :() I was wondering how I would find out about gunshows within an hour or so of my general area. I recall when I went to Florida, there were several commercials advertising the Lee gunshow(awsome coincidence) that i did end up going to.
So are there any, like internet sites that post that kind of information or should I use Google?

Google is your friend.
I went to Google and typed the following:
gun show listings (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=gun+show+listings&btnG=Google+Search)
The first returned link:
http://www.gunshows-usa.com/

Around here they are advertised on the radio and in the local papers.
Fliers are usuallyl posted at the area gun stores.
Shotgun News and The American Rifleman also have listings of shows in various cities.

Around here they have bright orange billboards along the interstate and discount tickets at almost all the gun stores. Kind of hard to miss.
