I FINALLY bought a new gun

I have been posting questions about various semi autos (and some revolvers) on several boards for over a year and finally made a purchase.

I bought a Ruger P95 DPR at Gander Mountain and ran 60 rounds of Winchester white box and Remington UMC through without a hitch.

Never having owned a 9 mm(and hadn't shot one in 30 years) I was very impressed with the initial accuracy and the very mild recoil.

I think it was well worth the wait.

Thanks to everyone who offered input to my many questions. I appreciate all the advice, suggestions and personal experiences.

Congrats on the new purchase, and good to hear that you're enjoying it. Post some pics of the piece if you get a chance.
