Try and contact RCBS over the world wide web, as they seem to be more
responsive to that, than they are phone calls. Probably really busy filling
orders, as we just ordered a huge order that may take several days to fill.

I don't know about the phones but I emailed them a week ago regarding a product concern and have not heard a thing from them. :scrutiny:

I always call when they first open at 0630 PST. Never had a problem getting through or with their CS. I have found them to be a NO BS CS friendly company.:)

I called the direct line yesterday and was placed on hold for 5 or so minutes, then a lady picks up and asked what I needed. I told her I wanted an expander decapper unit for a 270 Win, she got all my information and asked if there was anything else. I'm sitting here with my credit card ready to give her my number when she says, "We'll get this right out to you and have a good day." I about fell out of my chair, It's free? I didn't ask any question, just said thanks and hung up.

That's not surprising at all. RCBS has the best warranty in the business. They don't care how old the equipment is, or if you're the original owner. They will replace whatever breaks, period. And they do it with a smile.

RCBS has Lee beat in the warranty department by a mile. I broke one of the little square plastic things on the indexing ratchet assembly for my new Lee Classic Turret. It looks to be about a 10 cent part. I called Lee to get a replacement thinking they do things like RCBS. Not so, at least in my case. The not so helpful lady says there should have been an extra one in the box. Well if there was I can't find it as it's about half the size of your fingernail. She says to send the broken one to us and we'll take care of it. So I put the broken little plastic part in an envelope with a note to send me a couple of replacements. About a week later I get a couple replacement pieces along with a bill for $5.00. I guess I'll make Lee Precision's bad credit list.

I have gotten a lot of stuff from RCBS replaced with nothign more then an email or a returned part.
Reloading companies like RCBS, Dillon, Lyman, and Redding out shine the rest.
Dillon is great!

There is a reason to buy better stuff from the out set!
