After reading about Master P getting arrested for the politically incorrect "Cop Killer" hollow point bullets I was wondering.

Is there any other states with this stupid law besides Jersey?

I cant believe they actually have that law.

Greeting's Lennyjoe-

The vast majority of people here in central
DixieLand carry those good ole' nasty JHP's!
Some even carry the infamous "Black Talon's".:uhoh:
I don't think the JHP's have been "outlawed" in
our state?

Best Wishes,

I used to live in NJ, so I know the law there - you can own hollowpoints there, but you can't have them while away from home (except, presumeably, on the way back from the place you bought them). Which means that, theoretically, you can use them in self-defense at home if some goblin comes into your house, but not on the range to see if they'll feed reliably. I would, however, not want to have to deal with any of NJ's aggressive and anti-gun prosecutors if I ever had to shoot some home invader and did it with JHP's.

As I said, I used to live in NJ. I escaped to Texas, Free America about 2 1/2 years ago. Now I can (and do) carry legally. I carry FMJ during the winter (you know, from January 1 to January 15), and JHP's the rest of the year. I know of no other state with such stupid rules as NJ, but there's a much higher likelihood of similar legislative assininity in Kali, DC and NYC.
