Put an ad in buy & sell today, but software won't let me repost the picture.
I responded to an ad ( winchester model 70 classic 6.5x55 FS/T--TEXAS ) last month and posted the picture in question. Offer was of no interest to the seller..
NOW I have posted an AD, and software will NOT allow me to "reuse" the Pic!!
What should I do??? get some MORE digital pictures taken so I can "WORK-AROUND" the software prohibition????????????????????
:fire:

You can always "reuse" the picture, you just can't upload it more than once.

Simply link to the attachment. To do that you need to get the address of it. View the attachment where it is now and right click on it. Copy the address of the attachment in the Properties section. Paste that address between the image tags.

It will look like this: http://www.thehighroad.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=52791

And will produce the following image:
http://www.thehighroad.org/attachment.php?attachmentid=52791

That should do it. (If the above picture is the one you want, you can simply copy my IMG link above. If it's the other one, the attachmentid is 52792. (I already had your post opened anyway - you're welcome. ;) ))

Yep.

And the software prohibition exists to keep folks from uploading the same image 40 times to use in 40 different threads. Hard drive space is cheap, but not quite that cheap...
