So I have a T/C Contender, the old style not G2, with the standard factory right-hand wooden grip. Which would be fantastic if I wasn't a left-handed shooter. So, does anyone know of a place where I could order a nice set of competition grips? Preferably the overmolded style for bullseye and target as it's a silhouette gun.

Here is one. You can also search Ebay for a left hand or ambidexterous grip and also just try an internet search in general.
Good Luck!

I've always like the Packmayr's for IHMSA FP
Note the new grip for the Encore.

I have the Packmayr "Decellerator" grips on my Contender 7x30. They look good and work very well. I deer hunt with my Contender and have had these grips on the gun since new. I like them and would reccommend them to anyone.
