I just got another gp100 6" and I'm trying to decide between bowen sights and meprolight sights.

I've been pondering the same question, but I need a little more background before I vote such as:

What is your other GP100's bbl length and sights?
What is the primary intended use? Hunting? Home Defense? Plinking? Jack-of-all-trades?

What's wrong with the stock sights? Used my 4" GP for eons shooting bullseye. Never had any problems.

Ditto, except for maybe the eons part. Have you considered XS sights or One Ragged Hole type sights? Wolfsong.

its for a 6" but have been pondering some for my 4", the 4" is a defense gun and this 6" is for target practice.

If it's primarily for target use, then I'd go with the Bowen sight. I had one on a GP100 and was impressed by it.

For a carry or HD gun, the Mepro sights would be a pretty good choice assuming you are sold on night sights. But for ruggedness and a traditional sight picture the Bowens are hard to beat.
