ANybody do an HK in hard Chrome? I'm not sure if I want too or not. I like the finish of the gun as is but I also like the silverish guns. I'd like to take a good look at this hard chrome and wasthinking of sending my glock in. Of course then if I liked it I'd still have a gun I didn't like done in the nice finish.

ANybody done one and have pics?

I had my P7M8 hard chromed & I'm glad I did, but the USPs just lose some of that "Tacticallity" in two-tone.

A fella over on the XDTalk forum had his Cobra chromed by Tripp's I believe, and it looks darn good.

He's got before and after pics in the thread.

It looks great, and from what research I've done it is one of the most durable finishes around.

Oh yeah, it'll also void your warranty (if that's an issue!)

Hmm. I'm always big on having a warrenty. But I'm not too sure.
