Why does anyone need to own these destructive devices?
After all, you can just call a carpenter, plumber, etc ....

Maybe we could compromise.
Power staplers are ok if they can only hold ten staples. Same with nailers.
Then, if we limit purchases to one power tool per month ...

There's absolutely no excuse for these power tools; the danger they present are not worth the efficiency they offer.
Think of the children, people... the children!
2,000 rmp power drill, what insanity!
And this whole time we thought ourselves to be an "enlightened" society.
:(
Thanks for the link, Sisco. ;)

If we banned all those terrible assault tools, think of the electricity we'd save!

My Milwaukee drill has a 1/2 chuck...that is a .50 caliber fully reversable pistol grip with a quick release cord!
I hold it sideways, gansta style, cuz I be bad!:D

I noticed that they didn't list the true assault tools- the Chainsaw and the demolition saw. Noone needs that much power and ability to go so far from an electrical outlet.
I would also limit batteries of cordless tools to a ten second capacity. No honest man needs more battery capacity.

I love this part:
Recently, one of the M.I.L.T. staff made a shocking discovery. While going through her son's desk, she found a tool catalog hidden underneath a stack of American Rifleman magazines.

Ya may think so, Mike, but just don't get caught with a forward pistol grip on that imported sawzall. Not without a few U.S.-made pieces to make it legal.
Regards.

There is a link to www.timallentools.com on that site.
One of the offerings is the NACK(tm) (http://www.timallentools.com/getbrochure.asp?ID=10055). It is an Evil Black Plastic Assault Boxcutter with an assault detachable high-capacity 15-blade assault magazine (http://www.timallentools.com/getbrochure.asp?ID=10066). As if that weren't bad enough, they offer an Evil Black Plastic Assault quick-draw holster (http://www.timallentools.com/getbrochure.asp?ID=10079) for it. There oughta be a law!
Note to anyone at timallentools.com: We're joking. Any infringement or offense is not intended.

I started scanning the Harbor Freight website and BATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tools, and Firearms) came crashing through the windows!
Luckily, I was able to hold them off with a pop rivet gun and make my escape on a Bobcat...

I looked at the "guestbook" on this site and was surprised to see a few people that thought the creator was serious. One guy said something like. "How can you blame the tools, It is the parents who should be blamed?" LMAO
