NW In-gunsmith who does work on the side?

If I don't go with a scout scope mount, I'll have a gunsmith install a Choate scope mount on my Yugo 59/66 SKS. Do you know a good gunsmith who does work on the side (or who is very very reasonable) in Northwest Indiana? I live between Michigan City and Laporte. Thanks.

There aren’t any good gunsmiths that will cheat the
people that they work for and work on the side under
the table. It would not make sense to cut their own
throat.

There aren’t any good gunsmiths that are very
very reasonable.

Can you do it yourself?
