The front sight insert (tritium) of my Beretta 1201 FP fell out sometime and I need a new one. Beretta has been of no help (did not answer my e-mail). Does anyone know what I need?

I've found that some companies just don't do a very good job at handling e-mail inquiries.

However, most respond pretty well to a telephone call.

I'd try (800) 636-3420 , which is the number Beretta USA lists for parts and accessories.
