I recently bought a model 432 S&W. When I took it to the range, I found that when ejecting the fired cases, the cylinder could be pushed off the ejector rod. There is a nub which is part of the frame and acts as a stop for the cylinder. Apparently the nub on this gun is too small to stop the cylinder.
I took the gun back to my dealer and they are sending it back to S&W. The dealer told me that S&W repairs are currently taking about 6 weeks. We'll see.:(
