Tommorow I'm buying a flattop bushy and I'd just like a quick n dirty list of optics to check out.

No scopes please ;) just those little window thingys with the dots. I'd love iron sights to be a part of it, if that helps.

The only name I know is the Cmore, but I have no clue if it's any good.

And if anyone knows of a great sale on one of these to boot, well...

Thanks all :)

What is your intended use of the rilfe...that is the question one needs to evaulate the optics..

Long range target...long range hunting...fact target aqusisition?

I must assume that you want a sight for short range, quick target acquisition. If that assumption is correct, the Trijicon reflex 2 is probably the best. Tritium powered, so needs no battries.

In a battery powered sight, you would be well served by the EOTech holographic sight, or the ainpoint.

'Defensive' tool in an urban environment :p , tho more realistically I'll probably just shoot it for fun and training at matches.

I'll stick to the iron sights for 'long range'. I mostly just want some optics, y'know? Eventually I'll trick it out into the total wannabe gun, but for now I'll keep it simple.

:)
